K2022 Exceeds Expectations

As we wrap up another K Exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany, we can reflect on the achievements of Messe to host a global event during an ongoing pandemic.

The number of visitors' from European companies was very strong, especially from the Netherlands, Italy, Turkey, France, Belgium, Poland and Spain. The number of visitors from regions who are currently experiencing challenging quarantine regulations (East Asia for example) were significantly down in attendance.

So how did K2022 attendance figures compare to pre-pandemic numbers from K2019?

This was an outstanding achievement for Messe and reflects the value of face-to-face interactions within our industry. 

“K in Düsseldorf has once again fulfilled highest expectations. It continues to be the most international, complete and innovative trade fair of the global plastics and rubber industry,” says Erhard Wienkamp, Managing Director at Messe Düsseldorf.

The next K Düsseldorf will be held from 8 to 15 October 2025.
