Mastip Technology recently released their next generation of drop-in solutions, the Nexus pre-wired system and Veri-Shot single valve gate system, which incorporates the company's thermal performance – Flow-Loc nozzle technology.
Shown recently at Chinaplas and soon to be unveiled at the NPE exhibition in Orlando, USA, Mastip Technology, has just released their next generation of hot runner drop-in solutions, the Nexus pre-wired system and Veri-Shot single valve gate system, which incorporates the company's thermal performance – Flow-Loc nozzle technology.
The global company that is based in New Zealand says the Nexus systems are delivered pre-assembled and pre-wired, customised to specification requirements and are ready for installation into the mould. Nexus is suitable for high-pressure applications and ideal for automotive, appliance and electrical applications. Utilising the Flow-Loc nozzle technology, Nexus offers a thermal profile that provides a wide moulding window to process a broad range of commodity and aggressive engineering grade polymers.
Mastip's CEO Marc Michel said that Nexus sets a new standard for design and ease of use, whilst paving the way for significant expansion in key market segments.
According to Mastip, Veri-Shot has patent-pending technology that enables precise control in the injection process. It incorporates Flow-Loc 19 and 27 series nozzles that screw directly into the lower manifold, providing a secure, leak-proof solution. The Flow-Loc range utilises the X-Range tip and nut combinations. Veri-Shot is ideal for applications requiring a highly cosmetic gate finish and includes options for either tapered or parallel shut-off pins ranging between Ø3.0mm to Ø5.0mm.
